Eliecer "Eli" Aguilera
With over 15 years of leadership experience in luxury 5-star hotels and residences, I have a proven track record as a seasoned Director of Engineering and Facilities. Most recently, at the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club, I excelled in overseeing comprehensive maintenance and safety operations, developing long-term CAPEX plans, creating preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring optimal functionality and client satisfaction.
My previous roles at prestigious properties such as Turnberry Ocean Club, Faena Hotel and Residences, and St. Regis Hotel and Residences have honed my skills in project management, budget optimization, contract negotiation, and luxury residential upkeep. I have successfully addressed construction deficiencies and established top-tier maintenance procedures for associations, developers, and private residents.
With certifications in HVAC, pool operations, and safety, I bring a wealth of technical knowledge and a commitment to excellence in both hospitality and residential maintenance management.
